From the Museum to skills for the future
On 3-4 December, MUDEM will take part in the 8th conference of the national Network of Social Science-based High Schools (LES), in Turin. The meeting is entitled 'The social science-based high school: life projects and possible futures'.
Thanks to the relationship built over the years with the LES Network, whose schools in Rome have been involved in several of MUDEM's educational initiatives, the Money Museum has been invited to take an active part in this meeting.
Together with the Egyptian Museum and the Savings Museum in Turin, MUDEM will contribute to the debate on the issues of planning, employment and accessible communication, and try to answer the following questions: what have the main innovations been in the museum sector over the last few years? What are the most sought-after professional skills and the technologies used most? What skills are needed to set up inclusive communication in museums?
MUDEM will take part in the meeting, armed with the experience it gained with students through its recent exhibition, 'The Adventure of Money'.
