From 22 to 30 October 2026, MUDEM will participate in the Genoa Science Festival with two initiatives organized in collaboration with Banca d'Italia's Genoa Branch and designed for students, teachers, and educators.
- 'Let's find out about money with MUDEMverse. An interactive adventure between the past and the future' is a workshop for schools that introduces students to MUDEMverse through an engaging virtual experience in financial education, exploring the history, evolution, and role of money.
- 'MUDEMverse: Playing with finance. New languages for financial education' is a hybrid session for teachers and educators, who will be able to attend both in person and online. The event explores the educational potential of gamification and digital tools as innovative ways to get the younger generations to engage with economic citizenship and financial literacy.
In keeping with this year's theme for the festival, 'Perspectives', both initiatives offer a multidisciplinary approach to money, examining it from different viewpoints to foster a deeper understanding of the present and future of the payment methods that we use every day.
