Extension of the exhibition 'The shape of trust. Coins from the territory, coins from around the world'

The exhibition 'The shape of trust. Coins from the territory, coins from around the world', hosted at Banca d'Italia's Bari Branch and organized in collaboration with the Superintendence of Archaeology, Fine Arts and Landscape of the metropolitan city of Bari and the 'Fondazione Archeologica Canosina', has been extended until 30 April 2026.

This extension will enable the Branch to respond to the many requests for guided tours received from schools and to incorporate the exhibition into the educational programmes of the work experience initiatives for secondary schools promoted by the Bari Branch.

To date, the exhibition has welcomed more than 2,000 visitors. It will also be included among the activities offered to schools during the Global Money Week in March, as well as other international financial education initiatives organized by Banca d'Italia.

The exhibition takes visitors on a journey through the history of money and its social, cultural, and economic significance. It showcases artefacts from the local area alongside items from the 'Voltolina' ethnographic collection, held by the Money Museum.
